Genuine French Gastronomy in all its Tradition, where typical dishes from certain areas in France are prepared on site by our Religious, for your greatest pleasure. Our concern is that you may spend a pleasant time of relaxation, when you will discover new typically French tastes during this gourmet run off!

Our Founder, Bishop Jean Marie, received this magnificent, divine inspiration to open this Restaurant, far from the noise and multiple issues of the city, to restore our clients' liking for a good meal shared together as a family or with friends; a business lunch; a meeting for members of a Club, around a table set with festive wares, and most of all, good courses from the French Terroir, generously served.

Come and spend here an unforgettable moment; and let His Excellency Bishop Jean Marie's Religious Friars and Nuns serve you at the Restaurant, in this St Francis' Hermitage with its small countryside church and its Monastery which they have built with their own hands.
