Château Maréchaux: Vignoble Mingot
Bordeaux Supérieur 2010 - Red Wine
This is a classically-styled 2010 vintage claret– widely regarded as one of Bordeaux’s best-ever vintages Composed of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, the Merlot lends elegance to the blend whilst the Cabernet adds full bodied structure The breeding is made in French oak barrels for specific Cuvée Château MARÉCHAUX, during 12 months.
Tasting note: This wine shows black fruit with delicate roasted notes of mocha and roasted herbs. It is a well-balanced, rich and full-bodied wine, round and concentrated with elegant tannins and a beautiful persistent blackcurrant finish. This wine will continue to improve over the next 10 years.

Château Thieuley, Bordeaux 2014 - Red Wine
De-stemming and crushing. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic Fermentation at 25°C in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Maceration between 2 and 3 weeks. Aging in 185 hl tuns and in 1 to 3-year-old barrels, for 9 to 12 months.
Tasting note: deep garnet color revealing spice and pepper aromas to the nose. Lightly woody notes are present in the background fragrance. Mouth is both suple from the Merlot but also sustained from the tannin fabric contributed by the Cabernet, which is typical of Bordeaux’s terroirs.
Food pairing: with a wide range of cheeses, beef and all grilled meats

A tight, steely and fresh wine, this is dominated by grapefruit, citrus and nervy acidity. A strongly herbaceous character gives a fruity, crisp aftertaste. The blend is Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillion and Muscadelle. Pale yellow with a slightly emerald tint. The fresh and elegant nose combines typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of box with typical Semillon notes of peach and mirabelle.
The attack is fresh and bright on notes of box and broom. The mid-palate reflects the refinement and density of ripe Semillon in peach and mirabelle flavors, leading into a fresh finish with a slightly mineral cast.

Saint-Esprit CÔTES-DU-RHÔNE - White Wine
Le St Esprit is a blend of wine of wines whose fruits mainly comes from the right bank of the Rhone. The color has golden straw hue with green tinges.
The main aromas are reminiscent of white flowers and yellow fruit, enhanced by touches of exotic and citrus fruit. On the palate, the wine is alert, suave and fresh. This exceptional wine grows in the Mediterranean climate and bears the stamp of the "Mistral" wind.
