  • Shrimp complemented with green lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives.

  • Magret of duck with mashed potatoes & green beans.

  • Your choice of one dessert: crème brulée, mini bavarois, organic chocolate mousse, éclair, apple tartlet, fruit tartlet, organic chocolate tartlet or Easter nest.

 

Menu No. 2:

  • Salmon shell with green lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives.

  • Lamb with mustard sauce & dauphine potatoes

  • Your choice of one dessert: crème brulée, mini bavarois, organic chocolate mousse, éclair, apple tartlet, fruit tartlet, organic chocolate tartlet or Easter nest.

 

Menu No. 3:

  • Small goat cheese cushion in puff pastry with green lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives.

  • Lobster accompanied by turmeric rice & asparagus

  • Your choice of one dessert: crème brulée, mini bavarois, organic chocolate mousse, éclair, apple tartlet, fruit tartlet, organic chocolate tartlet or Easter nest.
